All right enough is enough and I blame both retailers and the ignorance of their greedy customers for this problem. Opening up at midnight or earlier will continue to cause problems of people getting hurt and police overacting. This is why we need regulation to prevent and protect are citizens from injury. If consumers and retailers do not have the common sense to respect another persons safety then local governments must step in to stop this. Once again greed on the part of giant retailers and selfish consumers has become dangerous.
