Once again the united states criminal justice sysem has failed I am speaking of Troy Davis. Mr Davis is the young man who was unjustly convicted of the murder of  a police officer in the state of Georiga. After several witnesses have recanted their testimony the Georiga bd of appeals refuses to admit they are wrong .Due to   their own pride and ego they are willing to let this innocent man die.As a retired criminal justice professional I have seen first hand the injustice of the system.
