Libya

I will make this simple and clear NO TROOPS in Libya enough is enough. This is the time for the U.N. to take action. Either through dipolmacy or if neccessary though its own peace keeping forces. The U.S. cannot afrord to send troops due to both the cost of lives and the financial hardship it will bring to our nation.
